They reached out via phone a few days after application. We agreed on a date. The recruiter send me a confirmation mail, with another date (1 day later). I replied to them, asking which was the correct date. No one replied. Tried phoning them as well.
On the day we agreed on the phone, someone called me frustratd, where I was. I explained politely the situation, they were very rude and dismissive. They called me back a bit later saying there was "some issue" on their end, no apologies. They said due to the holiday period they are putting this position on hiatus and they will contact me later.
After the holiday period they called me to inform the position was filled... I find this highly unethical in so many ways, avoid this company...

Slow and tiresome but got the offer regardless. There was a group interview that allowed you to answer a lot of personal questions. All in all i need to leave a review to look at other jobs

Woeful. UK recruitment team seem uninterested. Very slow to respond, even when they have reached out to you ! 6 emails to get a response that "oh since we spoke the role has been filled". Thank goodness I didn't get a job there if that's representative of the culture.
