It was a three-staged interview. First and second interviews were personal and over the phone, third one was more of a technical one using HireVue, following it an email with acceptance or rejection.

Had a phone interview and then a teams call interview. Both were quite easy. Just basic info about me and the job. I had call center experience already so easy
