J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Volanté Systems (Toronto, ON) en févr. 2023
Entretien
The recruiter scheduled a screening by an email with just one slot less then eighteen hours before the suggested time.
During the phone call it was clear that the recruiter was not interested in the candidates personality. She was solely focused on getting the replies to those generic questions.
Combined with her spotty phone connection (we even got disconnected once) I find it very difficult to believe that such an "interview" can give any insights about the candidate.
A couple more details to complete the picture:
1) The job was posted on an older company LinkedIn page that even has the wrong name.
2) The recruiter didn't even think about answering any of my questions. As soon as she got all the info she needed, she abruptly ended the call.

4) What is your weakness?
5) What do you know about our company?
6) Will you be ok commuting to our office?
