Assessment day, morning half was casual group discussions focussed on your reasoning for choices made within the tasks, interview was a presentation you have to make about yourself and a 10/20min back and forth with interviewers. Extremely unprofessional and unfair conditions as they could not get the board to work therefore I had to present with my laptop facing the interviewers, unable to view or read my slides without looking odd and the second interviewer left half way through, both of which completely threw me off during the interview.
