It was what you would expect, relatively easy, met with principal, very casual and straightforward. Heard back in a reasonable amount of time. I don't believe they called my references

I was super anxious about it for nothing...all I needed was a pulse! Honestly, though, they're taking anybody who can pass a background check with a bachelor's degree in literally anything.

Had a quick phone call to explain the position. Went into central office to interview via panel. They asked around 10 questions and wrote down answers. The questions were the same for every candidate.
