Interviewed with members of the legal staff, IR, HR and GC. I was very qualified for the position but they never bothered to get back to me until three months later after i emailed and called them several times regarding the status of the search. I understand it's a buyer's market right now but have some respect for the candidates whose time you take up. A simple form rejection letter some reasonable amount of time after the interview will suffice!
