I had a very positive screening interview with the recruiter where she took the time to walk through my resume and answer any questions that I had. She was very friendly and spoke highly of the culture at Vontier and the role. She stated that she would schedule me for an interview with the hiring manager and to send her a follow-up with my availability for that week. I sent the follow-up right after and did not hear back. I sent another follow-up with my availability for the next week and did not hear back. I sent a third follow-up for ask if the position was still open and did not hear back. I was left disappointed that I did not receive any responses to my emails and that the recruiter did not follow through with the next steps like she said she would.
