I recently underwent an interview process with Vretta. The whole process was efficient and completed within 2 weeks. Melissa, the recruiter, was incredibly nice and supportive throughout the entire process, offering assistance at every step. I have gone through four stages of interviews, starting form phone screening, a 4 hours long online technical assessment, technical interview with a chief level executive, to a final interview. The interview process was well structured and seamless, and interviewers were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

The interview process was very straightforward, with 4 rounds in total. In the first round, it was an HR screening, through this step I met Melissa a friendly and caring individual who guided me throughout the interview process. The second round was an online technical assessment, they asked some Javascript algorithm-based questions, some easy to medium SQL questions, one easy Angular implementation, and some multiple choice/short answers. This assessment probably takes 3-4 hours to do, overall it is challenging but doable. The next step was a meeting with Charles to review my answers, from the technical assessment (such as different approaches one could've taken in the implementation) and discuss some of my previous experience. For the final stage, I met with Anand whose enthusiasm and charisma cemented my desire to work there—receiving an offer within 24 hours of that final interview.
