Brought in for a few interviews, asked about job history and skills. Verbally tested giving scenarios of computer problems. Very professional with little pressure. After the interview process a few days passed and they presented an offer letter. They were prompt and courteous. They didn't come off as superior nor seem like they saw myself as a waste of time, it was an "interview" in the truest sense.
