I had four interviews, all of which I believe went well. For the last one—which was scheduled for 15 minutes—the recruiter told me beforehand that the team wanted to extend me an offer. I went into that interview expecting to hear the offer, but it turned out to be another conversation with the VP. That discussion also went well, so I was expecting to hear back shortly with an offer. However, two weeks later, I received a general rejection email. I'm not sure how things went from being told they wanted to make me an offer to receiving a rejection. I believe I at least deserve some feedback.
