General interview with hiring manager. General questions about my experince and their expectations. Focus on sales background and relationship management. Made it clear the role was target driven and not customer service.

Red flags all around!
I always thought WGSN was a super exciting company.
Nothing strange initially, I submitted an application and within 3 days they requested an interview.
That being said, I was receiving emails from the hiring manager at very strange times like 2am. I didn’t give it much thought because I considered the manager may have been travelling etc.
I started worrying properly when the manager asked me to move our very first interview outside of working hours, with no explanation on why they were suggesting such a time.
I declined and offered a more reasonable option, which was accepted.
Other red flags during the interview, I was asked exactly what I was making in my current job (not even a salary expectation).
Following that the manager started to outline that they’re a very commission driven team and the more strenuous your activity, the more you get rewarded.
Overall, I had the impression that the team here would be overworked, micromanaged, and underpaid.
I was supposed to hear back on the outcome of the interview, never did and I never chased to be honest.
