I had an informative series of interviews starting with an in-house recruiter, followed by technical discussions with two software engineers and two data engineers. The process concluded with an in-depth conversation with a lead data scientist, where we discussed approaches to solving challenges related to data processing and production-level modeling. Each step provided valuable insight into both the technical and cultural aspects of the team. Although I didn't receive the job offer, I had a positive follow-up conversation with their in-house recruiter, who provided constructive feedback and expressed optimism for future opportunities.
