What is interruption? What is a priority? How do high-priority tasks work? ... Why did you apply to our position what is your experience? Goodbye! " for reference, English is not my native language and I applied for middle positions with a salary of 40-45k, if in your opinion such an interview for this position is adequate, then ok. Of course, I didn't answer the questions - i was prepared to light dialogue but not a director's monologue. If you want tech. interview at the first meeting - not a problem, say about it and provide info about your company and tasks - on 1st meeting, i wanted to know about work tasks/process and prepared 10 questions (of course time for my 10 questions he can't find) and instead of 30m he spent 5m for interview.
