I applies online and was contacted the next day by a recruiter. She asked me a few questions and then arranged a one on one interview with the local Billing Supervisor. That interview was a few days later and was pretty casual and laid back. She told me about the position, the company, etc. Asked me a few basic questions and that was it.

Interview questions were easy. However, the phone screening process wasn't the best. The person who contacted me never even bothered telling me her name when introducing herself. Throughout the entire interview, the interviewer sounded very disinterested and robotic speaking the entire time as if she was given a script as to what to say. I understand a script for interview questions, but if you talk like a scripted robot throughout the entire screening then I might as well have done this through an automated recording. It also rubs people like me the wrong way when the person doing the interview sounds like he or she couldn't care less about what I have to say. I guess it makes sense since they know a lot about Waste, and that's exactly where my time went.
