Some scripted questions then just regular information about the position. Very comfortable, business casual. He seemed very knowledgeable about the company, any questions I had he answered with confidence and seemed very to the point.

Entretien
The interview process was one on one with the route manager for waste management. The interview lasted approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. The job description and the job responsibilities were explained clearly. The manager also explained the benefits of working at waste management clearly.

3 interviews, pretty laid back. Because of COVID I had 1 online interview then a phone interview and then an in person interview which was more of a get to know each other to see if I was the right fit for the team.

Not good at all. Employer is hard to reach even for a scheduled appointment. No respect for employees or prospective employees. Poorly managed on the local level. Never returns phone calls or messages
