Three people would ask a series of questions, all were very focused on hardships in the workplace. They ONLY asked about conflict and resolution and the questions were very repetitive. I think they focused too heavily on conflict resolution and didn't bother asking about other aspects of my personality or other skills that would also be necessary in the workplace.
