Applied online early March, two week later had a screener and a zoom interview the early next week. Zoom interview was good and productive and I was invited to a live interview about a week later. The in-person interview was good but seemed repetitive with the same questions like the previous interview. I was told they would let me know if I was selected within a week. A week goes by nothing, two weeks no response. I email the recruiter and they let me know they’re reaching out to the hiring manager. I never hear back again. Three weeks the job position goes offline and no email or call follow up at all. A little communication goes a long way.

applied, got a interview set up. met with two gentlemen. got denied a few days. One of the two men didn't seem that engaged in me from the start. I suspect had my hue been a bit lighter Id have moved on in the process. But this is Seattle where racism is hidden in plain sight
