Applied online and a few days later received a phone call from a recruiter in Chicago. Did a quick phone interview less than five minutes and was considered a candidate for an in person interview. Scheduled for the following week met with someone who works in operations, interview lasted maybe twenty minutes. Was given a good overview of the job and the tasks such as long hours etc.
