      My experience was simple, straight forward, and honest. The recruiter was always in contact and easy to reach. They expect a professional, so come prepared. Technical questions were easy for my skill level but I studied anyway with the helpful doc they gave which was a really nice touch to the process.

      It was ok. I was informed to wait for a week after my 3rd interview. It was before Christmas, so it's understandable that no one reached out to me. Until, the first week of Jan - nothing, then I followed up on the second week just to get a reply that they're not hiring.

      Entretien

      The initial 30-minute screening call was pleasant and was scheduled just a day after I submitted my application. During the call, I was asked to discuss my background, experience, and salary expectations. I appreciated that the recruiter provided an overview of the position and shared some reasons why I might enjoy working at WP Engine right at the start, which set a positive and welcoming tone. The second round was a technical interview, for which I received a preparatory document containing notes that helped me prepare thoroughly. The interviewer, a senior member of the department I was applying to, was very kind and made me feel at ease while answering each question. I received positive feedback from the recruiter later that same day, and the final interview was scheduled for the following day. This involved a 45-minute conversation with a manager and senior manager from the Technical Support team. Both interviewers engaged with me exceptionally well - rather than a standard question-and-answer format, they created a conversational atmosphere by sharing their own opinions and perspectives, which made the experience feel relaxed and authentic. Although I was disappointed not to receive an offer, I was given constructive feedback which I have taken on board. Having interviewed at several companies over the past year, my experience with WP Engine stands out as one of the best. The communication throughout was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was personable and appeared genuinely satisfied in their roles. I wouldn’t hesitate to reapply if the opportunity were to arise in the future.

Describe how you would handle an escalated customer Tell me about a time when you had to resolve a complex technical issue under tight deadlines Describe a situation where you went above and beyond to ensure a customer was satisfied.
