1) They contact you by phone after you submit your online application. They basically just confirm whether or not you want to work there, and what kind of role you want. Then they schedule an interview with you.
2) Did just 1 interview, and it was all behavioral questions like tell me about a time you....
3) Got the offer 3 days later
