Candidates were invited to complete a HireVue-style assessment where prerecorded questions were presented and responses had to be recorded using the webcam. Each question allowed a short preparation time followed by a timed response. The questions focused on behavioural experiences, motivation for the role, and interest in the energy sector. The process was straightforward and took around 20–30 minutes to complete.
