1 hour interview, very friendly and asked only a few questions. Question about past roles and experiences, alot relating to the CV submitted. Mainly finding out if I'd fit into the work culture.

I had an initial video call with the Line Manager and Director. The conversation was relaxed but insightful, focusing on role expectations and team fit. Overall very positive. They were transparent about the day-to-day responsibilities and seemed genuinely interested in how I would fit within the existing team dynamic.
