I went through 3 rounds of interviews which spanned out from April to July. The first round was a 45-minute phone call with the recruiter, then a 45-minute meeting with a panel of 2 (usually the people you are working directly with) in the WSP office. The final round was another 45-minute meeting with the Director of the Stakeholder Engagement team. 1st round was general questions about your past experience and motivation in working with them, then 2nd round was more about Behavioural Based questions and also chance for you to ask them questions, the final round with the Director was the most challenging since she would ask you direct question regarding your capabilities for some of the key skills required for the role and explained more in details about the day-to-day work and how you would fit in it.
