Nice sharing session and the job scope shall I be given the job. I was interviewed by the structural lead to do the civil and transportation work. Overall, it was a nice interview and chatting session about the future.
Friendly back and forth including questions of past achievements and engineering process with the hiring manager and a junior staff member over an online video call lasting about 60 mins.
The 1.5‑hour interview was fully technical, evaluating advanced structural engineering expertise, code interpretation, design calculations, load analysis, detailing, and problem‑solving. It emphasized practical application of standards, leadership in complex projects, and ability to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions at a senior level.

took interview and no response just a time waste, Management is not responding to any calls or mails. Even after shortlisted and interview done its been 3 months no response at all.
