The interview process was very efficient and delightful. They were able to have me fill out assessments on site and extended offers immediately. The interviewer was very informative and articulated details about the company and position very well.

If I had already gotten my health and Life Insurance certification.
Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
