Applied through vacancy on their website. First interview was a telephone interview with Recruitment. Second interview in office face-to-face. Interview mostly consisted of the interviewers reading my CV which they seemed to be seeing for the first time. I had to make my own way to 22nd floor up and out again. Interviewer also said he preferred applicants with British citizenship due to concerns around Brexit. I explained to him the current legal framework. Feedback after the interview was over the phone only with very persistent calling when I was unable to answer. I emailed Recruitment asking for written feedback or confirmation that I had attended the interview but no response was received.
