I applied for an internship position of Willis Towers Watson this winter. After I sent the application on website, I received an email about video interview after one week. The interview is held on line. I shot three pieces of video for three different questions. Each questions gave me 3 minutes to answer. I felt too nervous to make it. As a result, I didn't pass this interview. I think I need to calm down and practice more for online interview.
