Like a conversation - had to meet with various directors for 30 minutes each to determine fit. Took a few hours to complete as the interviews were spaced out. Great way to learn about what different people do on the team.

Several interviews from offshore and onshore managers. Interviewers are very professional and respectful. Interview layers included HR, PH Team lead/manager, offshore managers. The interview process was streamlined and I received timely updates after the interview from HR. The whole experience was good for me.
