there was first a hirevue interview, then the next step was an assessment centre where there was an mcq test which was an elimination round then technical intreview, and finally final interview

Four round process. They are very slow in their hiring process. Most of the times they are not even interested in hiring new candidates. At least inform the candidates about the process in advance. I would not recommend actuarial analysts to apply here.

I applied through university. All the selected candidates were invited to a social event prior to our personal interviews. Few days after, I had an on-campus interview with Willis Towers Watson.
