Entretien
I had a very nice interview with Wacker, waiting on a reply for my next interview. Hopefully all works out . I have a few more questions about the schedule.

They asked a few questions about my operator knowledge.

Entretien
Upon arrival I was sent to security to badge in. After getting approval I was given vague directions to the main offices where I was greeted by a HR manager at the gate. He took me into a room where I waited for more managers to come. The interview took about 1 hour with 3 managers present.

They talked a lot about the job and company. They focused on questions about safety, quality and team work. The managers were professional and easy to talk to.

Entretien
Panel interview with 3 people. Easy question on how to handle people, task, and time management. Asked about thoughts of swing shift rotations. Average interview and received offer the next day.
