Extremely unprofessional! I had a virtual interview and only one interviewer was on the call. From the get go it felt like I was making small talk instead of being interviewed. They were unprepared and clearly didn't respect the time. In the end the feed back I received was they were looking for more senior candidates when the job was mid-level. At least they could have been honest.
