J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wafergen (Fremont, CA) en févr. 2010

I interviewed with 4 people, though as a temp, you generally interview with more people (somewhere between 6-8). Don't expect the interview schedule to stay on schedule or in the same order they give you. There's also potential that you might be sitting out in the lobby for awhile. Some people will take longer and others will be shorter. I was scheduled for a 2 hour interview and left within 1 hour (I thought it was bad news bears, but hey, I ended up getting the job). Also, a lunch time interview does not always mean that they will feed you, so be prepared.
On the whole, I got asked very few technical questions; most questions were about time management and prior work. One person (now gone) asked me 2 questions before ending the interview. If you want to do well, understand how different processes work (i.e. the Bioanalyzer uses electrophoresis) and be prepared to explain how your former work could apply to what is being done at the company.

The interview process was approximately 2 hours and I was referred by my ex-lecturer. There was a panel of interviewers, 2 senior scientists and the country manager. They have asked many technical questions as well as getting to know my educational background better.
