Very basic. Almost everyone gets hired. They will work you however many hours you want and don't want. Always short staffed. They will send you to other locations if needed.

It was pretty easy. There is a short online assessment and you fill out some basic info and what shifts you're able to work. The in-person interview was even easier, he just confirmed my info, asked why I wanted to join, and set up a time for the orientation.
