Applied online by entering my CV, where I was telephoned for a group interview at the branch.
Group based exercise - Advertisement to sell an item from shop floor, highlighting it's main features and creating a story to go a long with it
Role-play - Customer complaint regarding a birthday cake which they had ordered from the catalogue.
Face-to-face interview - Personality questioning, getting to know your interests and hobbies.

Question 1
If you were an item off the shop floor what would you be?
Group interview with scenario based questions. Was with a group of maybe five other people we all had to say our individual answers. Also had to work together to rank a list of work based scenarios from most to least important
The interview was quite long, the first stage being an online questionnaire, then a group interview where you had different tasks and had to present followed by a 1 to 1 with management.
A few online situational questions then a short in person interview when asked what would i do if a customer asked me where are the baked beans. The whole process was simple and easy to complete
