Applied online and was straight away asked to do the situational test. I then had to to wait a couple of days and was invited to choose an interview time. Picked the time that best suited me and then started to research further into the company. On my interview date they were running a little late but it did not bother me too much. After the interview I was told I would hear back in a week but I had not so I assumed I did not get the job, 9 days after I had interviewed I was told I had been offered the job which I accepted!

Filled out two online question forms / situational judgement tests. After passing these lengthly tests i was offered an interview. The following week I had the interview with two other candidates. One had worked at the store for two years before and new all the employees, so it was clear they were wasting my time. She had already go the job. Overall the interview process was good. First had a group exercise where we had to pick out the most significant problems a store could face. Before a 1:1 interview which was good.
