Very relaxed process, first you wait around 15 minutes when they scan and check your right to work documents (passport) then you go into a group interview, basically I was given a task we had to read as a group and decide as a group what we should do in which rider. These group assessment tasks change every season I think as mine was very seasonal about summer and stocking summer fruits such as berries. Make sure you speak up in your group assessment but don’t speak the whole time, listen to others, agree with others and smile and be friendly! In the one to one interview be confident, smile and as well as answering the question try having a conversation with the branch/line manager ask them questions at the end like why do you like working here? Try and be personal and friendly as it gives a good impression. My interview was at the store and took 1 hour 30 mins, if your reading this now I wish you the best of luck, just remember be calm the others are as stressed as you or more. 😊

I applied for a Supermarket Assistant vacancy for all SW London stores (If your applying for a London specific vacancy, please ensure you apply ASAP, they only keep the vacancies for London open for 24 hours max), an early application, is always the best application) I am very happy that I have been given an offer! This was honestly one of the best interview/application processes I've been through, everything went smoothly, and on a timely manner. I applied for the role a week ago, and the next day received an email to say I have been invited for an Interview. You then schedule yourself in for an Interview. Literally 2 days after the Interview, I was called and told I have passed the Interview, and they would offer me a vacancy. My best advice would be to research Waitrose' core values and behaviours, and also research company trends. I have put the questions below. Towards the end of the interview, they'll confirm your right to work, your availability, and your preferred locations.
