After a phone call i was invited in to participate in a group interview. Fun group games with a 1on1 interview. It was fun and you learnt and felt at ease. The management were friendly and had ice breakers.

Online test multiple choice scenario questions an ranking yourself, then 2nd stage is interview and work in group to solve questions like e.g. what do you do if we don't have a certain product a customer wants

Group interview, had several people split into smaller groups which they then asked to collaborate on questions. Seemed important to be communicative, and open to the feedback of others interviewing.
