Initially applied online, had to do quite a few online tests which seemed unnecessary as it's for stacking shelves essentially. Took them MONTHS to get back to me then I had a phone interview and got the job!

start with a group interview where you get given a task and you’re assessed on how you communicate with others at the table then followed by a 1-1 interview which was mainly situational questions based on experience

Asked questions about when you have shown a value such as leadership. Also have to complete a group tasks in which you need to contribute your opinions. Their isnt really a correct answer.

Very friendly but thorough interview process, i enjoyed the process and did not find it too stressful. There are a mixture of tasks to complete online which give you an insight into the role.
