Hypothetical scenarios to determine your decision making abilities.
Interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease.
If you want the job make sure you do a bit of research about Waitrose and the company's philosophy and values.

Applied online and then has to do an online situation test. Then got invited to an interview where I had to take a written test, group interview and 1n1 interview

Entretien
Interview carried out over the phone by a really nice guy. I was then asked to go to the site of work with my passport. it lasted around ten to fifteen minutes.
