Group interview with about 8 people. Different activities in pairs and individually, some creative tasks (to show character), some product based (to show company knowledge). A few people were ultimately offered the job, so they don't just pick one from the group.

Very straight forward 1-1 interview. Was very welcoming and put you at eas straight away. Straight forward questions as to why ypou would benefit the business. Found it a very good process
