I was reached via phone for the first interview - this is interview not only determined my eligibility, but the Walden recruiter also utilized this opportunity to educate me regarding the University, its processes for hire, its expectations, and the role itself. Moreover, the interviewer made me feel confident and valued throughout the entire process.

How do you deal with a stressful situation, a series of situations, or an entire day?
Standard interview. Typical interview questions. Situational questions. Interview was about 30 minutes long. Three people interviewed me. Only one interview then received a call a couple weeks later with the offer.

I was interviewed by a recruiter, he was late to the phone interview by 15 minutes and apologized, we had a 20 minute interview, and then I never heard from them again, even though I thought the interview went well.

The interview process was a positive experience! The questions were intense and the interview was a full hour but I was well informed about the university and position. I’m overall very pleased with the process and my experience thus far at Walden!
