2 Managers "quiz" you on several situational questions and make notes on your responses. Most are simple and average questions as in "What would you do in this situation?".

If a customer calls and says that they need to talk to a specific representative and refuses to talk to you, what would you do?
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
