Pretty easy, behavior focused questions and business culture. They emphasized no hostility in the work place which was an important aspect, along with availability. It's a good entry level position especially as a CSA

The store manager interviewed me for the position and they were asking questions and taking notes. The interview was not very long because I was already an employee of the company.
I received a phone call for an interview, a few days after submitting my resume online. The interview lasted about thirty minutes and I was asked relevant questions pertaining to the role and my experience.
