I applied online, and received a phone call to set up an interview 3 weeks later. The interview was scripted. They read everything from a sheet of paper to ensure a fair interview for everyone. The interview lasted around 15 minutes. Even though it was a scripted interview, the interview was very laid back. The people were very friendly (which I think made the interview easier to deal with since I had never been in a job interview before). I received a phone call 4 days later offering me the job.

Tell me of a time you found a way to make things more efficient, how do you know it was efficient? Use examples from school, home or previous work experience.
The interview process begins with a discussion with the manager to understand the role and expectations, followed by an interview that focuses on the candidate’s previous experience and its relevance to the position.
It was a quick and easy interview. It included very basic interview questions with the assistant manager. It did not last more than 5 minutes before I was offered a position.
It went well. I dont think I will take the job but I was happy talking to the store manager. The store was clean and everyone was nice and I would have been happy to work there
