After filling out an online application, I went into the nearest store and dropped off a resume to the staff pharmacist. I received a call later that same day from the store manager asking me to come in and take a skills assessment in-store. That same night, I received a call asking me to come in for an interview the next day. Arriving at the interview, the pharmacy manager sat me down and asked me some questions about my availability, prior experience, and certification. Afterwards, we went to the office where I met with the store manager. The store manager called to check my reference, then proceeded to ask me some questions, such as: "Explain a situation where a customer was unsatisfied with you work. How did you handle it?" "Give us an example of a time you were excellent in your work" "How important do you believe developing rapport with customers to be?" Afterwards, they sent me out to deliberate for a few minutes. After they called me back, they explained they still had one interview left for later that day, but that they'd let me know by that day or the next if they were interested in hiring me.
