There was an initial phine screen that consisted of work experience and salary expectations

Question 1
Most of the questions were related to IT even though the job was not in IT. No questions related to skill set listed in job posting. Most questions were situational questions.
Interviewed with director first and then follow up interview with two managers of the hiring team. Application to offer was over a month but this was advised on first interview.

Entretien
Recruiter called me and asked if I was interested in an opportunity outside my current employer. I had prescreen with recruiter, then the PMO Director and the recently promoted Director whose prior position was the open requisition.
