It was easy. The interviewer was very punctual and established a comfortable process. He explained the daily requirements for the role, and he asked about my experiences. He also reassured that all the tasks were doable and moving up in the company is very possible

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
