This was a one time interview in the District Office, which happened to be a 3 hour drive in this case. The interview was not difficult. After a brief thirty minute interview I was sent home. In about a week I received an e-mail that I was being offered a position at a salary of 15.82. This was with never even visiting the store that I would work at, or talking to the manager that I would work for. Unfortunately, this led to a huge personality conflict that made it almost impossible to work, and left a bad taste in my mouth regarding this company.

I net with the district manager. Then 3-4 months later a store manager. I was hired at the end of the interview. Both interviews were very informal and did not ask difficult questions. They were just looking for warm bodies to close the store. My interview preparation was unnecessary. The sore manager did help me find and apartment.
