Pretty simple process all said and done. The process, for me, involved first filling out the online application which entailed several behavioral exams and general experience. Was then contacted by a talent acquisition manager who scheduled an interview on my college campus. I additionally went to my local Walgreen's and requested a small sit-down with the current store manager; which I believe helped facilitate the interview process.

What challenges do you see yourself facing as the Assistant store manager?
This entire procedure was nice and easy. Not very challenging. I was not well prepared. I did not get the offer. It's my own issue. There were some behavioral based interview questions.
the interview process was very easy and efficient. They asked questions about previous experience and how I qualify for the position. They answered any questions I had and were quick in letting me know their decision.

The interview process is very easy. In the end assistant manager position is a glorified stocker with extra tasks and duties. Questions asked are situational and behavioral scenarios. Interviews are conducted by store managers
