The interview process was all over the place. The interviewer joined the virtual meeting over 15 minutes late. The pay was way below average and unacceptable and below minimum wage as the noted pay in the job description was misleading

There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
